Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. 

To cancel your order within that window, please contact us at:

Include: full name, order number, Cancel Order in the subject line. 

Approved cancellations will be refunded back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
